Bought as a birthday gift,when set up,the record just jumps and skips. Cannot listen to any music.

looks nice but terrible sound quality
an external speaker is needed to have a listenable experience. inbuilt speakers are extremely bad, but connecting any random speaker with a 3.5mm aux cable will make it fine for beginner listeners. might be worth buying replacement diamond styluses off the bat because the default needle is cheap and can damage your vinyls

Worst thing you can purchase it doesn’t work and more importantly Amazon is not responding to return the product. Utter shame and disappointment.
