Great sized to take on your travels. Big enough to hold several Lancers and test strips.

Product is a great idea but not made for tiny needles, I use a 31 gauge needle and it will not cut the needle, all it does is bend it. So I tried cutting the syringe just above the needle and that worked about 20 times before breaking the blade inside. I am still using it to put the needles in, I just cut them with a pair of wire cutters then drop the needle in it. If you have a larger needle it would probably work OK, but it should have a support inside for the needle too rest against while being cut.

The container is compact and a nice design. You can only use it for syringe needles or lancets. I need one for travel that will take the Nano Pen needles. This one will not.

Great sized for purses and bags, the lid doesn't seal well, may be dangerous if lid comes undone and needles fall through openings.
