Good Strength Paddles
I have only used these for a short time on all four strokes. I had issues when trying to do breaststroke with them, but that's mostly due to their size, and needing to recover under the water, which leads to them pulling awkwardly. On frontcrawl, backstroke, and butterfly they worked well. The strap across the hand can be tightened nicely, but isn't quite the ideal shape for my hands. However, the finger strap seems to always be slightly loose, but that doesn't matter too much, as it encourages putting pressure on the paddle through the water, which should happen anyway. It just makes the paddle feel a bit loose and disconnected during recovery.I definitely felt the difference when taking the paddles off, and not only in the usual "cannot feel any resistance" way, but that I was producing a little more power from my stroke, so maybe they helped my technique a bit too.After some more use of the paddles, I have marked these down to three stars. I found that even with the straps across the hand pulled as tight as possible, my hand would still slide out of position, leaving my knuckles over the round section designed for the palm of the hand. Also, the straps can pull through and become looser without intentionally adjusting them. the paddles are almost twice bigger than what I've used before. I am not a professional swimmer though, may be this is a cutting-edge design, but it is way to big for me

Effective but extra care
Effective but size means having to be extra careful of other lane users! They are stable and comfortable but the oversize design with slats also makes it less practical. In training.

Se cercate una paletta che abbia parecchia resistenza in acqua credo sia la scelta giusta. Possiedo sia le palette speedo, decathlon e finis(agility). Di solito uso come riscaldamento le finis che hanno una "vestibilità" immediata e non sforzano eccessivamente le articolazioni mentre le MP che ho testato in 4/5 uscite da 1 ora mi hanno soddisfatto appieno. Punto di forza è la facilità di inserimento della mano e tenuta in acqua ( le speedo hanno il sistema di lacci che spesso creano fastidio sia quando si mettono che le volte in cui si slacciano mentre nuoti ). Decathlon non sono male ma non mi trovo con il sistema di presa delle 2 dita e quindi le metterei x un utilizzo meno performante.Ho una mano che veste 9/9,5 quindi L e ho preso la taglia L appunto, da fare un po' di rodaggio con il fissaggio unico del dito medio che non è possibile regolare mentre x il resto tutto molto bene. Rispetto alle palette finis agility avrete un incremento della velocità intorno al 10/15%. Intorno ai 16 euro penso sia un best-buy!

Las recomiendo porque se ven de muy buena calidad. Las he probado en la piscina y son muy cómodas. Si que es verdad que son un poco grandes, me tenía que haber cogido la S pero bueno para la próxima. Si que es verdad que deberían de poner las medidas porque por talla no sabes cuales son las apropiadas para ti. La goma que agarra es muy cómoda.

Perfetto e comodo
Calzata facilissima (stringere non serve), palata eccellente, non sfarfalla non vibra e ti accompagna ad ogni velocità specie nel colpo di coda finale della bracciata. Ottima qualità e finora nessun problema. Grande MP!!!!

Las compré para mi marido , en talla mediana , está encantadísimo , dice que son perfectas. Diseño, sujección , comodidad... . no sé tendré que probarlas yo.

ottimo il rapporto prezzo prodotto, il colore è utile perche il giallo elettrico è ben visibile quando si nuota in mare, il test completo va fatto alla distanza per verificare quanto resisterà alle sollecitazioni meccaniche e chimiche, sale , cloro e sole Pensavo erroneamente che galleggiassero e invece no, bisogna stare attenti a non farle scivolare in acque profonde.
