Perry Ellis, the iconic designer fashion brand, was inspired by Perry Ellis the visionary. A man who was avant-garde, vibrant, and refreshingly modern. Not confined by tradition. He believed fashion should be playful, enjoyable, and never taken too seriously. This ethos is evident in every stitch, especially in products like the "5-pack Perry Ellis Mens Boxer Briefs". Patterns, vibrant hues, innovative shapes, and groundbreaking styles — he celebrated them all, reshaping the landscape of American sportswear. Perry’s emphasis was on innovation; crafting fashion that resonated with REAL LIFE. Not just ‘fashion for its own sake,’ but attire that streamlines style decisions. His groundbreaking approach earned him numerous accolades, including multiple Coty Awards and the CFDA Designer of the Year Award in 1982. By 1984, he was leading the CFDA, influencing designers of his time and leaving a legacy that thrives in the Perry Ellis brand today. The Perry Ellis spirit remains undiminished. From that pioneering American collection in 1976, products like the "5-pack Perry Ellis Mens Boxer Briefs" exemplify how Perry Ellis attire augments every aspect of a man's life, from work to leisure, instilling CONFIDENCE in every step. Today, Perry Ellis stands as a global lifestyle brand, crafting clothes, fragrances, watches, footwear, and more, always with real-life scenarios in mind. Very comfortable
Finally, a no-fly boxer brief made with cotton/spandex that fit just right. The fit and feel on these are extremely comfortable . All colors are 95% cotton / 5% spandex, there's no polyester. They're lightweight, breathable, and stretchy. Nice colors and patterns as well. The no-fly pouch is roomy and the thigh openings don't ride up on me. The waistband is soft, stretchy and fits true to size. I'm typically a size medium around the waist, but a lot of other boxer briefs tend to run small in the waist, so I size up to a large in most other brands. I got these in a medium and a large. The large was too loose around the waist, but the medium fit perfect without feeling too snug. Unlike many other no-fly pouches that are too snug, these have the right amount of breathing room in the pouch. For a five pack of cotton/spandex no-fly pouch boxer briefs these are a great deal. I haven't found a better fitting pair of boxer briefs.

The right fit and lasts
I’ve been buying different brands lately to find something that was close to a different brand I used to buy, but for some reason no longer fits like they used too. Perry Ellis seems to be the best brand for me because they snug where it counts and a little loose where needed. Plus, they hold up very well. Still have some from a year ago that hasn’t worn out in the waist band.

Mostly real good
95% cotton and very comfortable. One reason I bought them because they supposedly have no-roll waistbands, but I haven't found that to be true. Of course, maybe I have a bit too much waist to give no-roll a chance. I'm tried of tall, firm waistbands that roll over badly. These are better.

Good value.
07/02/2023: I was looking to supplement/replace some equivalent (2016 & 2019 purchased) Calvin Klein boxer briefs that have been excellent. However they are still about $10 per brief and recent reviews on their quality have not been kind. So I decided to look at this brand instead which have averaged me about $3.50 per brief for three packs of 5 so far. I wear a 34” jeans size, so I decided to get the large. It fit, but felt a bit loose. They didn’t slide down at all, but I did wonder if the elastic might stretch over time. So the next two purchases were for the medium size. They are snug, but not tight. There are some decent color/pattern options with enough variety for most tastes, but you can’t ever go wrong with black. They are thin, but not flimsy, and very soft. No idea on how they will last yet but pleased so far. There is one more pattern combination I will get if the price drops below $20 for 5, which is where it is at now. For those of you who wonder, yes, they are made in China.

Not going in the right direction
Good choice of material. Cotton stretch, not too thick, not to thin, waistband is fine.--except the striped pair, which has cheap oil-based polymer fabric paint used to set the pattern rather than being knit in. This makes the fabric thicker (bad for summer), traps bacteria, and makes it look ragged after not many washes.I like that the rise is mid to high. All the other underwear for sale is low rise and not very comfortable.I am a little disappointed that these Perry Ellis boxer briefs are not form fitted. The front is not contoured, just baggy. There is a seam right underneath a sensitive area which common sense demands should be moved back as Hanes and Fruit of the Loom seem to understand already! There is no elastic in the legs. This is a huge facepalm. These are going to ride up like nobody's business. There also is no fly.I think objectively $3 is a lot to pay for a pair of underwear. Obviously the market on Amazon is overall way higher than $3 per pair. And it takes forever just to find something reasonably priced like Perry Ellis. In spite of Amazon's supposedly amazing AI algorithm, they can't manage to foster high-quality products at a good price and present them to you on the front page (or even on the 50th page). These are $3 per pair. They are worth probably $1.50 per pair in hindsight.Maybe I'm just going to start buying my underwear in person! It is worth it not to put up with this nonsense.
