Mouse is good but one disadvantage it works with mouse pad only

Worst mouse
Very worst product. Mouse stopped working after 12 days and I am not able to return it. It stopped in between while working. Very frustrated while using this mouse. Some time cursor jumps even without moving the mouse. Help me to get it replaced or return.

Decent mouse ✅ | AA Battery ❌
Mouse worked well its a budget mouse can't expect much with the material and the quality, but very good for its price, Battery 🔋: Issue I found was it Stopped working within a month, mouse froze and lagged, ⚠ problem was the battery ⚠ The AA battery it came with ( claiming 12+ month use) died within a month After puttintng in a diff Battery mouse's function restored.

Very low battery life. Dissatisfaction and frustration.
The overall mouse is good, very ergonomic, comfortable while working, not ambidextrous, the latency is good, the only issue is the battery life, one can only get a month of backup using a AA battery, I used Duracell only, changing the battery on a monthly basis is very frustrating. Switched to logitech as it provides a minimum of 3 months battery life for any AA battery you use...

HP refused warranty for this product
Purchased an HP M190 wireless mouse from this seller. The mouse stopped working within months. When I contacted HP support, they refused warranty service because the serial number printed on the mouse is not recognized in their system. Due to this serial number mismatch, HP confirmed they cannot provide support. This makes the 3-year manufacturer warranty useless. Amazon’s return/replacement flow also becomes extremely difficult once the return window is closed, leaving the customer stuck. This appears to be an issue with seller stock or serial number mapping. I would strongly advise buyers to avoid this seller, especially for branded electronics where warranty matters.
