Very Useful
Priced point is perfect.I use it in the evenings watching t.v on feet, chest, back. Sitting on couch or lying ....portable and easy ... Very relaxing & therapeutic.My Daughter has feet issuse so I use while massaging her feet.Would recommend this product!Expedient delivery all in order!

adequate healing heat
Very good except that the lead is not long enough and the controls though useful is rather too far away. The angle poise is also difficult to adjust when site of pain is at the back.

Relaxing
It's relaxing to use and it looks good. I've put it in my living room to use. Has an industrial look to it. Very nice. So pleased I chose this one. Excellent price. Stable and good size. Gives off brilliant heat.

Ideal desk top lamp but wide Red light frequencies
Without full knowledge of Red and Near infrared frequencies for best medical and health benefits generated this is quite a comfortable ( heat) lamp.You really should read medical advice books such as The Ultimate Red Light guide by Ari Witten
