This is great gelatin! There's no taste, it dissolves completely if you follow the direction to make the slurry first. This gelatin completely dissolves! The serving spoon is very small which makes this economical for the amount of product that's needed for my recipes.

I bought this for my gut issues but have noticed significant improvement in my nails and hair also. But one day more then half way through the bag I noticed it had 20 gram of carbohydrate in one serving. Checked for additives and there were none. I'm on a Keto diet and just knew that pure beef gelatin does not have carbs. Finally reached out to customer service to see what the deal was. They were very prompt letting me know that it was a typo and are working on getting it cleared up with their label maker. So back to taking this amazing supplement!

I make gelatin gummies pretty often so this amount of beef gelatin for this price was perfect! Made the perfect gummies. I’ve also made marshmallows with this so in my opinion it’s great quality!
