Worked very well mounting a 55 inch TV on to an external brick wall for our back patio.

So the anchors themselves seem to work great ive got my tv mounted to the fireplace with them, but the screws included are wayyyyyyy too long i had to run to home depot an grab some shorter ones.

Let’s be real, you could go to the local hardware store and buy all of these things. You might even be able to get them a little cheaper especially assuming that you’ll only need one drill bit for the type of wall you’ll be mounting your TV on. You might not need the anchors if you’re installing on studs. However, I do value my time (plus my “local” hardware store is more than 12 miles away) and this kit was very convenient. We always wanted to wall mount our TV but took over a year to get around to it. In that time we lost whatever hardware that might have come with the TV. Everything worked as advertised and we mounted our 65 inch TV to a nice adjustable mount. No real issues with any of the included hardware in this kit however I would like to see this kit offered for a few dollars less.

I want to put 4 screws on the wall to hang an 85-inch TV. How can I hang a TV that weighs more than 50 pounds? I bought this set and used an electric drill to drill holes with the matching drill bit. Then I hammered the plastic nail in with a hammer. It was very tight at this time. Finally, I screwed the screw in along the middle of the plastic nail. This way, it has considerable elasticity. This assembly method can be heavy and strong. It is recommended for people with similar jobs.

If you buy a tv mount, it will likely come with the necessary hardware, which is what we ended up doing. But these bits and bolts will work for a variety of projects. They will go in our hardware storage bins and be quite useful for other projects around the house.
