Molasus Incontinence Underwear for Women Absorbency Period Leakproof Panties

I have had these for almost 2 years now and they are by far the best underwear I have ever had! I am over 250 lbs and have the size 4xl. They fit amazing and have held up excellently! I usually hand rinse/wash them before putting them in my regular laundry wash cycle and then they go in the dryer with the rest of my laundry. They haven't shrunk at all and they look almost brand new still. They are very well made and show no real signs of wear. They also are not bulky to me at all. I have bought various other brands to try. But those other ones feel like I'm wearing a diaper. NOT this brand! They feel like regular underwear to me. They are soft, stretchy and stylish. I don't feel embarrassed wearing them around my husband. He can't even tell they are incontinence undies! SHH! They have worked well for any absorbency I have needed. I am not a heavy wetter. But I do have occasional bursts. These seem to hold the odor in as well. My only complaint is that I wish they made them in lighter colors. I would love a beige pair to wear under light colored dresses!

These are used at night, with a maxi pad, for extra protection and they work well. They are thick enough, wash well, don’t shrink and are comfortable. Exactly what was needed! This is the second pack ordered. The first order has been used for a year. So, very durable.

I am 78, have had 3 bladder surgeries over the years, the last being a Sling Procedure...but at that time, I was over 253 lbs! I since had bariatric surgery and lost 100 lbs. I said all that to say that the surgery though it went very well until I lost all that weight which left me with a stretched tendon or ligament--whatever they used--and now I'm back to square one. I got so tired of buying those "paper panties" as I call them that I started looking for something more durable and comfortable and reliable at night. They are a big help. Sometimes I leak if I don't wake up in time but that is minimal.Overall, I'd say these are top-notched. I weigh 170 lbs and bought an XL which fit perfect. They are very comfortable. On a side note which I think is comical, my one cat comes in and meows in my face to wake me up and low and behold it's when I have to "go"!! I don't really need anything during the day, but I wear these only at night and haven't had a leak yet, but I had leaks with the paper ones. I guess these give me more confidence?

I absolutely love these panties, they are the best! I purchased many in the past but never fit right. Theses fit perfect. I had colon cancer and after radiation that burned my bladder, I have leaks. I'm 5ft 7in 173 lbs with a flat butt, and not to big stomach. I bought size XXL. They fit perfect. Will buy more! I just wish they came in white to wear under white pants!

I want to start off by I love these! For me they are truly my favorite to wear! They are so comfortable to wear! I just tried to follow the instructions, I rinsed them out with cold water and then I stick them in the wash on a gentle cycle I wash them with cold water good detergent and I'll add some Lysol disinfect, and they get nicely clean and I have by accident a few times stuck in them in the dryer but it luckily didn't shrink them but mostly I hang them up to dry like I do my other delicate lady garments. I gave it five stars because for me with my experience, this brand actually holds up and is so comfortable I tried another brand I was not happy or pleased or empressed or satisfied in any way with that other one, but these I love them!! Save from my experience have been really good to me! After having my baby I'm still recovering and I knew I couldn't continue to wear the disposable ones they were starting to feel like wearing diapers and I didn't want to wear diapers as I tried to build my body back and recover. I've worn them for my period and they really do for me for my experience work and unfortunately not to be so personal I do not have light. So to find something that works for me I'm really happy and impressed! I wish they came more than three pairs but it comes with three pairs with three different colors, and I like the colors, I really do! But I do give a tip that don't wear them all day at least switch them out every two to three hours especially switch them out when you have an accident and I know some women think well aren't they made to wear all day no they're not. Think of them as comfortable panties but think of when you wear a pad you've got to switch them out at least every two to three hours. If you need to switch them out if you're at work and the restroom around lunch time and then you're good until you get home and then switch them out again is my advice it's the smart way to go and it really does help. It's just a tip, but it does help. I like how it's more absorbent than the other ones that are out there that they say that are exorbent these ones are. And still trying to get the baby weight off I feel like it holds and supports that which is really nice. For me these have given me more confidences to be able to go out and take care of things I need to take care of and go out and tackle the day that I have to go out and tackle. But to get to the point in long story short for me my experience these work given each person is different and maybe each experiences going to be different but I like them and I can only speak for myself from my experience and I had a really good experience with these. I really truly love these and for me they really truly are my favorite to wear, so I don't have to wear what feels like a diaper and be able to wear nice comfortable but still nice looking panties, I really like that! For me on this purchase I'm really happy with my purchase! Thank you!

These keep your clothing dry, but they also keep you a bit hot and sweaty. The other problem is that they tend to edge down and I have to keep pulling them up. I may not have gotten the proper size, but the waterproof cloth doesn't breathe and the weight of the extra lining might also be pulling the brief down.

They fit great using the size chart. They are comfortable, and cannot be noticed under clothing. I have medium leakage and they absorbed perfectly. However, I live in Texas, and there is no way I could wear these in the spring or summer. They are HOT. I think the extra lining going all the way up the back is overkill, and even when laying down, leakage would not go that high. They made me sweat more than I actually leaked. The sides where there is no padding was so wet with sweat, that my clothing was wet there, instead of on the crotch. That cannot be healthy for the lady bits to be that hot with sweat and moisture. While I hate the end results, I still give them a 2 star due to the quality of the panty and the sizing being correct.
