Very nice little scissors and TSA approved.
Went through TSA with no problems. They worked great for me. Now a permanent thing in my purse, you never know when you might need scissors. They don’t take up much space.

I love these!
I originally got these for a flight, but now I'm keeping them on me at all times. I did test cut on the packaging, and they cut beautifully! The hinges (where they fold) can be a little stiff, which is alright because I prefer them to not move while cutting.

A must for opening hearing aid packaging
I bought these because of the new child resistant hearing aid packages. Time will tell how they hold up. Hence 4 stars. I do like that they fold nicely to keep in my pocket.

Sharp so they do not shred the thread
I use polyester thread and embroidery thread in most of my projects. When traveling, I used to use tiny scissors that came in a travel button replacement kit. They were terrible but portable. These scissors are far superior. They are sharp and do not shred the thread. This is important if, like me, you plan to thread a needle. I noticed they do stick a bit when moving the handles back into the travel arrangement (sometimes I needed to use a bit more force than expected), but that was not an issue. Overall, these work great if you use embroidery thread or sew-on-the-go.

Highly Recommend!
For little folding scissors they are very sharp and work great! Worked well and didn't have any problem bringing them on the plane in my carryon bag.

Not up to Fiskars standards
Very disappointed in these. Very hard to get the handles to fold up in the beginning and are still very stiff; blades do not remain completely closed when folded up; handles do not align when folded up; hard for arthritic hands to use;PROs: lightweight; takes up little space; meets airport TSA requirements; and trims threads well, (but not always 2 layers of fabric-as in the corners of seams so they have a nice point when turned right side out.)I would not recommend these.

Foldable scissors
The blades are exposed, and I got cut by just brushing by it, they don't stay closed well, but they are sharp
