Take with food or risk vomiting
I think this product has a bunch of amazing ingredients. It does say to eat first, and if you don’t follow those directions, you might vomit a few minutes after taking it. This happened to me twice and the first time I thought it was something different that caused it because I had a different pill too, but the next time it was only this so I put two and two together. I don’t have a problem if I eat first like the directions say.

I trust the quality
I have been following Chris Kresser for more than a decade and I believe his in his philosophy and trust his recommendations. These are some of the best configured multivitamins I have seen. They include unique ingredients not normally seen in a common multivitamin. They cover a plethora of nutritional needs and have substantial amounts... enough to make a difference. You need to take 2 in AM and 2 in PM. That shows how they have substantial amounts. I can't image coming up with all these balanced amounts on my own. I'm so glad Chris started a vitamin company.
