I am seriously obsessed with my GYH mask! It is completely wireless, which is amazing because I can actually walk around and get stuff done while wearing it. Plus, the battery is a beast—it lasts almost 2 hours on a single charge, so I barely ever have to plug it in. I love using the red and near-infrared light to brighten up my dull skin and the blue light whenever a breakout starts popping up. It fits so comfortably and doesn't squish my eyes at all. Literally after just 3 weeks of using it regularly, my skin is so much clearer, smoother, and totally glowing. It feels exactly like an expensive spa facial but from my own couch if you noticed from my pictures 😊. This purchase was so worth the money!

I’ve been using the GYH LED Face Mask consistently for a few weeks and I’m honestly impressed with the quality and results for the price. The mask feels much more premium than I expected, and the wireless design makes it incredibly convenient to use while doing things around the house instead of being stuck plugged into a wall. The fit is comfortable, lightweight, and easy to wear for a full session without irritation. I especially like the combination of red light, infrared, and blue light options depending on what my skin needs that day. The red and infrared settings have helped my skin look smoother, calmer, and more refreshed overall, while the blue light seems to help when I’m dealing with breakouts. One thing I noticed fairly quickly was improved skin tone and a healthier glow. My skin also feels firmer and less dull after regular use. It’s obviously not an overnight miracle device, but with consistency I do think it makes a visible difference. Battery life has been solid, controls are simple, and I appreciate that it’s FSA/HSA eligible. Overall, this is a great at-home skincare tool if you want a non-invasive addition to your routine without spending thousands on spa treatments.

I’ve been using this for a few months. While it has not halted my 56 year wear and tear, it has improved it. No overnight results. I try to use it nightly before bed. It came with a useful guide to the different color settings and I primarily use it for aging. I use Red and Purple mostly. I would not say it’s comfortable. I think there might be issues with how I adjust the strap that I could use a tutorial for. I’m from the Analog Generation and it’s not uncomfortable enough to look at a YouToo video.

I was always happy with my mask and love how it makes my face look/feel. . i use the dual red/blue light setting which only taker 20 minutes. Recently, my mask was not keeping charged during use. the red/blue setting would only work for 12 minutes. I reviewed the warranty information included in my box, and it said they would extend the warranty for 2 years. I was 2 months short of my 2 year mark. putting in the warranty request through the site was not complicated. Every email I received from Jane was sent in hours and not days. i did have to include video and pictures and some information, but they sent me a brand new mask at no charge. They did not ask me to return my old mask. It came in less than a week and was delivered with care. I couldn’t be happier. it’s not very often you see a company that will stand behind what they promise.

I’m really disappointed I spent this much money on something only for it to last two weeks. It will not charge, I have tried multiple charging cords and plugs and I see I’m not the only one with this issue. It’s also not very comfortable on the face :( not worth the money at all.

I've been using this for about three or four months three times a week, I use the blue for my rosacea, and the red wrinkles. It definitely helps with my rosacea, hoping it does the same for small wrinkles.

This mask is uncomfortable. For this reason I don’t use it. Do not recommend. ___ Update (6/18/26) GYH reached out to me and sent an updated version of the mask. I'm really impressed by the customer service and this mask is an improvement!

UPDATE: The company reached out to me and replaced my mask with the Cloud-SS version. I'm very happy with how they responded and the Cloud-SS design already seems like a more comfortable fit! Unfortunately my mask stopped working. It turns on for about 30 seconds and turns back off. I’ve tried charging it so that is not the issue. I also was getting deep imprints around my eyes from the mask as well. I’m very upset because I spent a lot of money and only used it a few times. I loved it when I first got it and it worked well but now after about 3 uses it’s defective.
