I’ve tried a bunch of different hydration powders, but this variety pack is definitely my new favorite because it doesn't have that weird, artificial aftertaste you get with most brands. Since it’s made with coconut water and has no added sugar, it feels much lighter and more refreshing, especially after a long workout or a busy day running errands. The flavors in the variety pack are all actually good, not too salty or overly sweet, and the little packets are super convenient to just toss in my bag and go. It’s such an easy way to stay on top of my hydration without feeling like I’m drinking a science experiment. Pricey. Sweet smell.

I used to drink a lot of Gatorade, but wanted an alternative with no/little added sugar, no artificial sweeteners, and no artificial colors. Tastes amazing! I can't stand the taste of stevia, but it is so subtle you don't notice it at all. For reference - I like the taste of Zevia after getting used to it, but hate the Bloom greens powder because of the stevia taste. Great flavor pack - my favorites are lemonade, watermelon, and kiwi. I use these on days when I've been really bad about drinking water, when I'm sick, or hot summer days when I'm sweating a lot. I definitely feel better afterward. And they taste so good that it's an incentive to drink more water anyway. The packets are great for travel, too.

These are expensive, but i have them on subscription because I literally drink one every single day. I cant find anything better that is cheaper. I love that these are electrolytes that are actually made of real food. The ingredients are great, & aren't full of different chloride combos, like the others I've tried. They aren't salty & these dissolve easily. I can tell a difference at the end of the day when I have skipped one. I swell up without them!

Flavors are good but it’s too sweet in 16oz water so I put more water. I don’t know why they suggest 8-16oz.

I am literally addicted to these electrolytes! It’s a huge plus that they’re FSA approved, which is how I initially discovered them. I just had a baby so having clean ingredient electrolytes while breastfeeding is a huge plus for me. I have one pack a day and I definitely think it helps with my energy and hydration. I will say, the first time I used it I put it in a normal sized water bottle, and the taste was too overbearing to me. I started mixing it in a larger sized bottle and it’s much better tasting that way. My husband also grabs for them now & he’s normally very picky with his flavored waters! I also think it mixes fine - maybe not as well as others, but definitely not too hard to the point of it not dissolving. Overall, definitely recommend!!!
