I used this to create pink flames on a Godzilla cake. It came out perfect. Very user friendly and easy to make. Directions were spot on.

As a First time user of isomalt I was a little worried about the product yellowing or having a lot of bubbles! This did not occur! It was easy to use and I have already ordered my 2 nd bag for my Easter treats!

Easy to melt down for out Christmas Snow globe cupcake craft! Instructions on the bag are clear. Isn't sweet like sugar, but was more for decoration anyways. Clean up can look intimidating, but you just warm up your pan with hot water and all the hard sugar dissolves.

use a small pot to stir with a steel spoon and a little water on top of stove, stir constantly and watch all the time, remove when thin and poor into mold, , do not use glass as this breaks. i tried glass measuring holder and resorted to a pot.
