A bit big
The larger pans are a little bigger than normal so they don’t fit my rack but otherwise it’s a nice set.

This is a sturdy beast, and a usefully large size. Make sure it fits your oven. I found the quality to be good, in keeping with my many other Nordic Ware pans. Heats evenly, cleans well, holds shape. Does what I wanted it to. I don’t use it as often as my smaller pans, but it’s a good, strong unit.

These are the best baking sheets I've had, they don't warp.

These are way more usual than first thought. They actually are purpose built for oven roasting vegetables and baking cookies. I have reheated food on 400F a lot and they showed no signs of warping. They heat and cool quickly and don't take much to clean. I didn't use parchment paper at first, but they still came clean pretty easily. HOWEVER, DO NOT WASH IN DISHWASHER. Everything you have heard about that is true.

These are truly professional baker quality. The bake evenly and clean up very well.

I like all Nordicware products that I've ever used. This pan is no exception. It is high-quality and rugged and not prone to warping at high temperatures. I use it in a number of ways, but most often in my smoker to catch the juices of large turkeys or multiple small roasted meats and poultry. Its high sides also make it easier to turn vegetables being roasted without losing them to the fire. Did I mention that this is my second of these pans? I am very pleased.
