easy to handle out of the package. hung straight out of the pack, Not too difficult to gather and they look good. Great value for money, hopefully they will wash well. Clear laundry instructions on the information.I got several pairs of curtains for different windows, they all had the same shade which was as I wanted. They have already demonstrated that they cut out the external light, sit well on the window and I hope will keep the heat inside the room.

Well made. Material has a soft feel and rich colour. Not sure they'll be total blackout, so will add a lining as I live above a parade of shops and want to block out the bright shop signs.

These are pretty light for the size, we had the largest 90x90, for the price you can't argue, ok as shown in the photo some light is shown through. But there is no glare if we are watching something and pretty much most of the light is gone.We have replaced blackout curtains which cost a little more than this and did have a seperate fabric behind to help block the light but at the end of the day for under £40 for 90x90 inch curtains with ties you can't really complain.To put into context the next prices we were looking at were custom made £450+ Yes had I of paid £450 and a bit of light shown through I would be upset, but for the price of these they do the job well.For me I wanted something I could use in a washing machine, although the label does say it prefers dry cleaning but can be machined washed, blocked the majority of the light and a bit thicker to in theory help with heat insulation, can't comment on that, mainly wanted it for summer to keep the heat out when we are out on a south facing window.I was honestly impressed with the curtains for the price and would easily recommend at these prices! Maybe the deep purple holds light a bit better, I could take photos of the curtains like some reviews showing the light but that seems unfair as it looks a lot worse via the camera than reality

Soft fabric that hangs well. Tie backs included. Blocks out a lot of light. Packing creases took a lot of ironing out. I used a hotter setting that recommended with a dry cloth to prevent scorching of fabric. Still some creases but acceptable. Hoping these will disappear now hung. Good value.

So I read most of the reviews before purchasing. I bought the teal curtains and they look amazing in the room. The colour is gorgeous and they really make the room. It is a through lounge / diner and I bought the long 90" x 90" for the bay with French doors. They are not a heavy curtain and in my opinion a drawback is the lack of lining which would add weight and improve the drape making them look better. Whilst they have some blackout properties, I agree with other reviewers that the teal is not completely blackout. Re the thermal insulating properties, it is difficult to say but as they didn't having linings, I reattached some thermal linings from my old curtains using hooks and the weight, drape and appearance was greatly improved. I would say the thermal insulation was greatly improved as well. I did not like the matching tie backs. Instead I purchased some silver tasselled tie backs which I feel make them look better. The material feels nice and soft, there was some creasing which is dropping out. I didn't iron before hanging. The thing I don't like which is commented on by other reviewers is the visible stitching on the sides and hems which spoils the curtain but at a distance for impact does not detract from the look and feel. It is only clear on examining the curtains at a closer range. So I feel that I have a decent pair of curtains with a few hacks of my own for a decent price so the review of fair. I have bought a second pair for the other end of the room but had to buy a 90" wide by 90" drop as there was no 72" drop in the 90" width. Frustrating as I will have to cut and sew them to length but at least I get to hem them properly then. PS I feel that if you are not using linings, the drape may benefit from sticking a small coin or two into the hem to weight them to help with the drape.

Was dubious because normally blackout curtains had a rubbery type of lining. This must have moved on...these are perfect and almost block all of the light. ✋ wash, but there's a program on washer for that. Recommended 👍

Sono bellissime, oscuranti e coprenti. Di sera con la luce accesa all'esterno non si vede nulla. Di giorno con il sole un po' di bagliore c'è ma sono abbastanza scure lo stesso. Sono molto soddisfatta. Arrivate prima del previsto.
