Completely silent fan motor, which was required for the bedroom location. The unit housing is at least 30% smaller than the fan it replaced, so a much neater installation.The fan has six speeds, which are more than enough and the light output is very good.Two things could be better: The lowest fan speed could be lower to provide a gentler cooling breeze e.g. at night and the dimmer range on the light could be wider to provide background lighting, but these are minor points. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.

The old fan in my 'new' home bedroom was ugly, noisy, hung twice this length without a light and had pull chains. My ceilings are low so I needed something flush mount, remote controlled, have a light and wanted white so it would 'disappear' into the ceiling. This fan checks all my needs, was easy to install and for bonus points - it works with Alexa! Best of all - it is absolutely silent when running!

100/10 honestly. This fan is so so easy to install, looks amazing, is silent, doesn’t wobble or shake, moves great air, is so easy to sync/connect/use with Alexa and the remote. Cant say enough good things. Customer support is also top notch. I accidentally cracked the light shade during install and reached out to the company to replace it and they sent me a replacement free of charge within a few days. LOVE IT.

The fan is quiet, even on high, 6. The light is bright, dims, and changes from warm, to white or cool. The 3 lightweight wood blades move enough air for a master bedroom. The remote works well. My installation took about 5 hours but also included switching out the old fan and replacing the wall switch that regulated the speed on the fan being replaced. The hardest part was aligning the small screws with the little holes while working on a ladder near the ceiling. The instructions were vague. You need to completely remove two mounting screws and back the remaining two out part way to hook into a slot and turn groove. Then you insert the 2 screws you removed to complete the hanging of the motor.I might recommend mounting the first fan blade before moving the fan motor to the ceiling plate. You would do this by inserting the two rather short screws and washers through the first blade (this side up label up) using the holes indicated by the double-headed arrow. This allows you to find the first two holes and align the screws while working on the ground and not perched on a ladder. Once the first blade is installed the remaining blades have something to guide them into place making it easier to find the screw holes.With a wall switch providing off/on the fan remembers the last setting made by the remote for fan speed and direction of airflow. I have Amazon Alexa available but stopped installing the skill when it asked my name, email address, phone number, and Amazon password and provided a command to send this info to China. Call me paranoid but that seemed like it might be all someone in China would need to access my in-house microphones. The command to switch to China might be optional but it reminded me of where this was made.I may attempt the Alexa connection again when I haven't just spent 5 hours climbing ladders and doing electrical work.Basically the fan seems well made and very quiet. My old fan was over 40 years old and the rubber bushing that hung the AC motor to a mounting plate had failed and was hitting around 60db+. This fan looks good, sits 8" from the ceiling where the old fan was around 15", and in white it blends in with the ceiling and makes the room look larger.

Just connected to Alexa! I’ve had this fan just over a year and didn’t know it did that. Needs the Tuya Smart app with an account (dumb) and to pair, press and hold the 2H button on the remote for, I dunno, 5-8 seconds? After that it’ll show up in the app. Then link it to Alexa and sweetness happens. The light is very bright and fills a decent size room just fine. The fan will blow stuff off your desk or dresser. Super easy install, too. And the dark color wood fan blades are eco-groovy.

The fan is great and looks amazing! Had an issue with the light cover being cracked, reached out to customer service and they promptly sent me a new cover at no charge! Very happy with the product and service.

I got 2. Fans look great, and the low profile is perfect for my ceilings that aren’t that high. PLUS: they are very light and at the beginning I was suspicious of poor quality. After using them, I think it’s them being so light that makes them the most quiet fans I’ve ever seen - you barely notice them even at high speed.Unfortunately one of them was not working correctly when I installed it. I contacted customer support, and though it took a couple of weeks, I received a new “brain” for the fan (engine and light were working fine). I changed it in 5 minutes and has been working great since then.Would definitely recommend it.

I’m a BIG FAN of this fan! It’s very quiet yet moves a lot of air. It integrated well with our Google Home. The light is very bright and illuminates our 12’x12’ room.My only complaint is the mounting screws felt a little too short to hold the fan up. I swapped them out for longer wood screws, and the fan feels very secure now.
