Whilst a block and line is not an item most of us will use every day if you do need to use one then these will not let you down. They are well made and grip the bricks really well (when used correctly). The line has a decent amount of springiness that enables you to tension the blocks as needed. Also being bright orange they are easy to find when you drop them!I have used these to build a number of dwarf foundation walls and they have been perfectly level and straight thanks to using these.Pros- Bright orange so easy to find- Line has good "springiness" for tensioning- Rubber blocks grip bricks well and don't slipCons- Require a little experimentation to get tension right and route string correctly

Builders line helps you build in a straight line, good value for money. Lines a bit thicker than some so it’s quite durable & easy to use

Bought to keep lawn edge straight - this has really helped and the orange cord makes it really easy to get a clean edge. Very good quality and polypropylene cord. Brilliant!

All fine except line was too thin and fragile

Purchased to create a straight line for turf. The pegs are string and sturdy and the line is durable. There is plenty of line to complete many jobs. Compared to other similar products it's worth purchasing this.

bricklayering for over 38 years and these are my favourite corner blocks, they really do get a good grip, even on metal profiles.the line supplied is good quality also. great price and prompt delivery.
