Worked very well. Added to a just boiled kettle, left 30 minutes. It had got rid of 90% of the timescale. I then heated the kettle again to near boiling as per the instructions and left it to cool again, two more times. The limescale was completely gone pretty much. Although it took a while, the hands on time was less than 5 minutes. I appreciate that it was very low effort apart from checking out rebooting the kettle, and that I could reheat the same mixture as many times as needed rather than waste another sachet. I also appreciate it had no strong smell or chemical feel. I have an illness and can't tolerate many chemicals and fragrances but I was absolutely fine with this. I'll definitely be using this brand from now on.

very good scrubbing ability. Clears all scale in my kettle. instruction to use is very simple and straight to the point. Good value for money. Only that I did not receive the item within the time frame stated upon purchase ( this might be a courier service though - not sure)

The Ecozone Kettle & Iron Descaler works reasonably well and does remove limescale after a couple of uses. It’s easy to apply and I like that it’s positioned as a more eco-friendly option compared to harsher chemical descalers. That said, the results weren’t instant. For heavier limescale buildup, I had to repeat the process, which was a bit disappointing. The smell is also quite strong while in use, so good ventilation is recommended. Overall, it’s an okay product that does what it claims, but it may not be powerful enough if your kettle or iron is heavily scaled. Fine for light to moderate buildup, but I’ve used more effective descalers in the past.

Have been using these for past 2 years and they work wonderfully. Its very quick and no residue left behind. Also, as this is citric acid, there are no harmful chemicals left behind in the kettle. Just heat up the water, pour the sachet and wait for a bit, then rinse a couple of times and its like new !! Can't recommend this enough.

Good descaler with strong cleaning power,nicely packed with no leakage. Value for money and much cheaper than the high street shops items. Smells good and easy to function. Overall a useful and strength item in your kitchen cleaning stock.

Set off my fire alarm while steaming all the nasty out of my iron. Genuinely surprised by the amount of crap that came out. It takes awhile to fully steam out your iron but this was so worth it!

Ooooh boi. It works. I had a steamer that was never cleaned (for 3yrs). It would spit out black liquid onto my clothes. Got this (had to use two packets, did two rounds of cleaning) ans oooh boi, it oozed all of the black gunk! My steamer is back to being useful again! Sucks that its only 3 packets.
