Seems to work for me
I don't have any quantitative data to measure how effective these are, but I have been taking them for some months and I have generally been quite well, so I will carry on!

Too big
There's no need for the tablet to be as big as it is, the iron content is low and the rest is a bulking agent, buy from a pharmacy for a higher quality product.
