Works great. What a smart design for hip thrusts. Beats the heavy bar pushing on my pelvis any day. Even with cushion support the bar still was uncomfortable. This holds weights well and has a durable design for heavy weights. Velcro is super strong. Great fit for me and adjustable if needed.

Holy moly this WORKS. It's like having an easy to use hip thrust machine. I was able to attach two 30 pound dumbbells to the sides and it made for an effective hip thrust. It doesn't hurt my abdomen after having a c section so I love it

This thing makes hip thrusts so quick and easy and super comfortable. Excellent substitute for not setting up an entire barbell at the gym. Still very effective workout. It was actually so comfortable I felt like I was able to focus more on the exercise and less the discomfort of a metal bar.

took a risk and purchased this for my powerblocks pro series. thread them under the inner top bar and it was very comfortable to do the hip thrusts. glad i don't have to buy a barbell quite yet!

I got this to use with my bow flex adjustable dumbbells. When the dumbbells are secured in and you hip thrust, they come underneath you squeezing your thighs and hips which is painful and caused bruising. I ended up using pillows on the side parts of my hips to make it bearable.

I'm a personal trainer - I'm extremely happy with this hip thruster belt! Great quality, the belt is thick, the velcro is VERY strong, and it easy to use. No slippage. Dumbbells didn't flop around. I had 2x 40lb dumbbells on each side, and the belt didn't dig into my hips/pelvis. 👍

I like the fact that the padding of the belt extends beyond the straps that secure the dumbbells. It is very easy and comfortable to use with my 20kg dumbbells.

Perfect little addition to my gym set up. The quality is great. I've used it so far with 15lb dumbells for 1 legged thrusts. It will definitely hold more.
