Powerful in its class
I like this product as it is the best in its class compared to other brands. I have used some other brands in the past, but none comes as close to this.. it is very useful for woolen silk and satin, but not as good for heavy duty staff which need hard pressing like cotton and linen

I like the product, it helps too much. But I can say "You can't do without Iron". Iron can do the precise ironing especially with trousers.

Stopped working in 4 months.
It stopped steaming. Very disappointed, because I liked everything else about this steam iron. But if you are to buy it, keep in mind, it'll die in 4 moths.
