I love the way the pillow adjusts the height by removing one of the three pillows inside. I use two; while my husband uses all three. The support I get is amazing and I haven’t woken up with a headache or a kink in my neck since using this pillow. I’m a side sleeper and a back sleeper; so finding a pillow to fit the needs of both has been impossible until now. My neck and head are supported as a side sleeper, and supported when I roll to my back during the night. The cover is thick and puffy; I’ve had no issues with the pillow deflating. I haven’t washed them yet and don’t think I will need to due to the thick and puffy cover! The cover is easily removed to wash and it’s thick enough that the pillows remain clean underneath in case I drool. The company really thought of everything when they made these pillows! I highly recommend these pillows!

Finally, pillows that work! My head is very sensitive. As a back and side sleeper, it's been hard to find a pillow that doesn't cause head or neck ache. I don't wake up with a headache due to this being what I consider hard or too high. I have the padded case they provide with one insert in it, then have two inserts in another non-padded pillow case of my own. I only need one pillow, but if having the right one means actually makes two, that's fine. I like soft but low pillows, that are not sourced from a poor animal.

My husband has long term neck pain issues and we have been through probably a dozen different pillows in the past 7 years. He wants that stays plump and supportive. He is mostly a stomach and sometime side sleeper. I prefer a soft pillow that is on the flatter side that I can manipulate when I change from back to side sleeping. I bought this 2 pack. I put four inserts in his pillow and 2 in mine. We have had these several months now. While his still looks firm in this pillowcase (like a overstuffed), he has too plump it every night to make it feel firm. But we haven't had luck with any other pillows long term. I still like my pillow, with the 2 inserts. I would probably like it with 3. I am not unhappy with my purchase for me, but had high hopes for him, so 4 stars.

These are my absolute favorite pillows! The three-in-one adjustable design is genius because you can customize the height and support level to fit how you sleep. I love that I can adjust the layers instead of having to settle for a pillow that is either too flat or too firm. They are soft, comfortable, and provide great support whether I’m sleeping on my side or back. Having three pillows assembled into one gives you so many options and makes it easy to find the perfect feel. These have been a game changer for my sleep, and I highly recommend them!

I received it quickly and it was packaged up well, so everything was in perfect shape. They don’t have any bad smell, which is great, since I had that happen with 2 different pillows I just had to return to a brick and mortar store recently. They come vacuum packaged so well it’s amazing to see something made of feathers pop out so plush afterwards but, it definitely does. The pillow has a zipper that can be unzipped around so get to the actual 3 pillows that make up this one. I actually bought it so to use just one of them to help improve an older but expensive pillow I have that’s sunk down a bit and it seems to be doing the job. The pillow/pillows come inside of a very nice carrying case, with handles, that’s great to store the rest of it for later or for other things. I’m happy with trying it!

The concept of this pillow is fabulous. Also side note, please make sure to check whether you're ordering their real goose feather pillow or their down alternative option as other reviews mention this. My only issue is that I clearly received a used product. Bummer!! From the two pack, one has clearly been used at least, if not both. The 3 inner pillow inserts were layered in with tags on different sides, bent out of their original manufactured state and just have that slept in feeling and look to them. The bunching that's happened with this pillow could only happen with use. Very lightly used, but used nonetheless. I'm sorry but I'd like the pillow I buy to start new, my head only, not to be used by another human being, even if only a day or two. I'm not sure how I feel about ordering another round now. I think I'd really like it if I had received an unused item.

I was shopping for a flat soft pillow received the three geese adjustable layers they are still a little too puffy for me not really loving it

The pillows are good quality My husband likes his. I need to add a pillow to it to make it comfortable. Without the extra pillow my neck pain continued to be over the limit

they are flat and when bunched together are just uncomfortable
