You can cut out the catheter clip part and use the libre glucose monitor plasters to stick it on your skin, found my clips last so much longer as the clips last forever and by replacing the adhesive with the libre monitor plasters you can extend the life of your clips

I could not get these people catches to stick I paid £20 would have been as well as throwing money in bin., Save your money there awful

Its comfortable to wear because it stays where it should and yet allows some flexibility if your life is active as mine is. And no annoying velcro tape either. But I do agree with others who complain about both cost and adhesion. If the adhesion plate was the same quality as with a stoma bag then it would be a first class product but it isn't so the cost per item is high. If it helps others, I bolster mine with the use of micropore tape around the side and so far this second one of mine has survived a week of showering...

I have bought this item several times and it was fine. I expected it to stay on the skin for about a week and they performed to that expectation.The last batch have been poor, and I have on a couple of occasions had to put another on the same day! They are too expensive for that, so actively seeking an alternative

Thought there must be an improvement to that supplied via NHS prescription. Searched the web and phoned Optimum Medical Nurse help line. Received a sample and found it great. Not able to get on prescription so bought.Kind to the skin and can be removed and applied easily. The fact that the catheter can swivel is great when dressing.Really pleased with the product.

There are not lasting longer then a couple of hours. Maybe they are good for someone who is bed bound but certainly not for a person still walking a bit. I bought the Chinese ones with two Velcro loops and they’ve been cheaper and much sturdy, staying in place for 3-4 days, and finally the urology nurse prescribed good ones. The district nurse cannot do that, speak with urology nurse.

This product is amazing, my father was allergic to the g strap and they were uncomfortable. This product is comfortable and easy to adjust we are totally delighted.

Yes, it was easy to apply and fix in position. Did it stay there? No. The edges soon started to curl. The instructions imply that you can unstick it and then reposition it. Not on my skin. It promptly started to curl at the edges. It is supposed to be shower resistant provided the edges are stuck down. One shower and it became largely unstuck. As for the price? Almost £5 for something that probably cost less than 50p ex factory is a joke. If they were £1 then maybe I would use a fresh one daily but to expect one of these to last a week is a non starter for me.
