Last year I decided to step in to the World of glass engraving. I was carving pumpkins for people and they were quite popular so it was suggested to try out wood or glass engraving. I got a cheap tool from Aldi which worked nicely until I'd used it too much and it died on me. I purchased a Dremel with an extension but found it to be quite clunky and not great for detail so I decided to have a look for something small, light and easy to replace burr bits on.This is perfect. 2.35mm burrs are what is needed for this machine, there are some great grit burrs also available on Amazon that fit this perfectly. I found straight from the get go with this that my artwork became smoother and the outcome made me look better than I actually am.I would 100% recommend this tool to anyone starting out. It's got a nice long lasting battery and it's got such a handy little case so it's easy to take with you. 11/10 all day long for me.

OK, so before I say anything else I know this tool wasn't designed for dental work! However as I have bad teeth, no nhs dentist to be seen in my area, and no money, I have been unable to get them fixed. I decided to look for a tool to grind down my front tooth which has been getting lower and lower. After carefully grinding and polishing I now feel I can smile in public again. I must add I have written to my MP to get help with a dentist. She wrote back with 5 pages of utterly pointless drivel and no help to access any dental treatment at all. Hence my drastic action. I wouldn't advise anyone else to use this item in this way, it is not what this tool was intended for!!! Now looking forward to using it for my crafting, so many uses for my fimo creations and I want to try out some engraving. Definitely on wood or metal and not my face next time!! Fantastic tool, lots of different bits to go with it and very easy to use.

Extremely versatile, easy to hold and to change out accessories, performance and varying speeds makes this a brilliant little tool. Highly recommended.

Initial impressions were good, seemed well made and worked well. The torch is totally pointless as it only illuminates a semi-circle outside of the working area. After less than 2 months I am having to get a refund as something has broken inside. The motor still runs but the slightest pressure applied to the chuck stopped the shaft from turning. The is also a nasty noise coming from inside. I see at least one other reviewer say that theirs broke after 2 months so maybe others will have the same issue.Update. Supplier contacted me offering a full refund but then started to quibble and said applying pressure to the tool would break it. Apparently they think a sanding drum or grinding bit can work without making contact with the work piece. Maybe Bluetooth grinding is a thing. Anyway, I ended up opening the tool and found that a grub screw connecting the chuck to the motor had fallen out. I applied Loctite (asbthe manufacurer should have done) and refitted. Changing to 1 star due to attitude of supplier.

Purchased by my wife to drill through sea glass, wasn’t powerful enough and the bit wore down within 5 minutes. Also became very hot in hand when using. Possibly a handy tool for lighter work.

Really like this. It's for my resin and clay earrings and so far I'm really happy with it. Lovely case to put accessories in. Quite powerful for my projects.

I have a couple of larger rotary tools and but haven't had use for one this size. I've done delicate projects with the larger tool in the past, but today I had a particular challenging product. I've been thinking about it for several days and was dismayed I gave my hanging stand for one of my Dremel tools to my son, which would have made it easier to do this very fragile repair, but who lives out of state.Since borrowing it was impractical, I picked up this tool...the cheapest I could find for what I figured was one time use.I love this tiny tool. So light weight, it was so easy to keep my hand completely steady and view my item. The larger tools can be unweildy for something so fragile and small, but this size was perfect. The power was perfect, the little light that increases visibility is perfect. The case is perfect, ease of use....I really couldn't ask for anything better. It came with several very small crushed diamond sanding bits, and they were all exactly what I needed to get my item back to almost new condition without causing new damage, which was my concern.Recommended. I didn't get the advertised gift set, just the basic set shown, but at the time of this review, the basic set includes a charging cable, instructions, 2 small plastic boxes of various bits and discs and mini saw wheels and a wrench (to use the sanding and saw blade wheels and a really small and convenient case--perfect as a small gift, too.I'm beyond pleased and actually know I'll have a lot more use for this afterall.
