Everyone deserves this pan!
This pan is a DREAM. The day we received it, I tossed all of our other pans out. They say this one will work for everything, so I wanted to test that theory. It's true! We use it for eggs, baking, frying, steaming, sauteing, quite literally everything. The size is perfection, the handles are very sturdy and smooth, the non-stick surface is WILD to me, and for the first time ever I can cook food on medium to low heat and it actually cooks faster than it used to in my old pans on a higher heat. Water will boil when it's only turned up to a 3 (out of 10). Eggs come out perfect every time. We only use wooden spurtles or a silicone spatula in ours, so it still looks brand new with zero scratches or chips. There are also no spots where it has gotten darker from food burning on it.You do need to follow the directions on a pan like this. Don't wash it or put it in water until it is completely cooled off! Someone told me that protects the ceramic coating on it. I can't confirm if that's what is actually protecting it or not, but mine still looks brand new and it has been used 1-2x/day for over a year.I love it so much I have bought more to gift to family members :) Everyone needs a good pan like this!**The ONLY negative is the pan lid and holder opposite of the handle get HOT. Like, really hot. I would recommend buying some silicone covers for them because if you're like me and convince yourself "you'll remember" and you won't touch them...trust me, you will forget every single time and touch it anyway.

Best Pan Ever!
Purchased the 10.5” Always Pan in the color steam. Been using this pan everyday for almost 2 months now and cannot believe how easily, whatever food we are cooking in it, slides around. Also have found it to be easily cleaned…simply let it cool for a bit, then rub a paper towel around it before taking to the sink for gentle cleaning (non abrasive dish cloth, with a bit of gentle dish soap) Yes, the extra (small handle) gets very hot, so a small mitt is advised before touching it…not a problem for me, not worth taking a star off for that, common sense will do.I do cook with this pan on an electric stove and always allow the pan to heat up on a low to medium heat setting before putting, oil, food, etc into it. It will take a bit longer to start sizzling, boiling etc., but I never turn the heat above the medium setting, and my food comes out more than perfect every time. Others have mentioned discoloration around the outside of the pan…have not experienced that at all, as my pan looks just as new as the day I opened the box, and that’s with several times a day of everyday use.I believe, no matter what stove type you have, if you consistently use it correctly (low to medium heat, no metal utensils, and properly maintained) this beautiful pan will work exactly as described for a very long time.Pictures of my pan after 2 months of everyday use.

Our Place is My Place
I am in love with this cookware/bakeware/appliance. Yes, I've now bought them all and each one is a special kind of wonderful. The wonder oven is a grown up easy bake. I moved into a new home and didn't really like the new oven it came with, now it's no problem because my oven has arrived. The cookware is amazing as well. I have the titanium saute pan and my Hexclad is collecting dust. This pan knows how to sear and not to stick. Then I got the Always pan, another amazing tool with it's own special gifts and don't get me started on the griddle pans. Don't hesitate here, these guys know what they are doing.

All specs met ... many meals coming!
Used only twice (in the 4 days I've had it) and it met all expectations. Cooked perfectly, cleaned perfectly. Glad to have a lid which I didn't have before. Lid is light so my old hand can lift it fine. My old pan also didn't have a second (back) handle and THAT is a great plus.

Non-Stick properties did NOT last after 2 months of use
I bought this pan because it was the one item my ex live-in GF took and I really enjoyed cooking with it. She owned the item when she moved in and I believe it was several years old and worked beautifully. I loved the pan so much I decided to get my own.Note: I live alone, so to say my new pan was "light-duty" is an understatement. At first the product worked exactly as I remember from the ex's, and was so easy to cook and clean - NOTHING STUCK! Then my daughter came to visit with her fiance last week, and I was making a big breakfast. OMG, I tried to make a large batch of scrambled eggs for the table (8 eggs), and Oh Boy what a freaking MESS! Egg stuck all over the pan, and couldn't scrape it off with plastic utensils. We ended up going out for breakfast! I let the pan soak in the sink before I tried to wash it. Still stuck on mess after letting the egg mess sit for 8 - 10 hours. I tried to use the pan this morning to make two eggs and you guessed it, same mess. Please also note that I never used any abrasive product on the pan, as residue would slide off and it was unnecessary. I can only surmise that the ceramic coating is microscopically thin, and when that "wore off" in about 60 days the pan is DOA.$150 pan is ruined in 2 months. I agree with other negative comments here that the product manufacturing must have changed, as my ex's pan was old and still worked (including its non-stick properties of course) flawlessly. What is really frustrating and what caused me to write this negative review is that there is NO WAY TO CONTACT THE MERCHANT ON THE AMAZON PAGE!!!! I was going to reach out to inquire and see if they would send me a new pan, giving the benefit of doubt that maybe this was a defective one-off. But now that I see that the merchant hides behind Amazon, they obviously do not want to deal with issues - as they say in Latin - CAVEAT EMPTOR - let the buyer beware. I even went to the "store" that Amazon directs you to, and guess what, there is no "contact us" page, or email, or address or anything. This shows how much they care about their customers - ZERO!
