I've bought this torch for camping. Actually, I bought 2. They came in a simple cardboard box, without batteries.The flashlight is indeed metal, and feels of quality. They're bright; and has 3 modes - bright, dull and strobe. The modes can be changes with a push of a button on the flashlight. After being turned off for ~20 seconds, the modes reset, and the torch turns on in bright.Will reccomend,

This is a very smart little torch. I needed just a red light and this is perfect. About the size of a lighter, but packs a punch. Good strong red light. Very robust with a pocket clip.Very pleased!

I use this for astronomy and it works just great. Takes rechargeable AA batteries and plenty bright enough. Light in weight but robust. Fits in the hand, pocket or teeth just fine. The inevitable just because we can strobe effect is irritating but it's only a small point. I like the wide to narrow focus. When the foxes tried to scare me away the other night their eyes glowed like demons from a b movie. Awesome! I just need it's white light cousin now. Recommended apart from the strobe which isn't that big a deal.

I bought this to use in the garden with the telescope. It is perfect for the job and a bargain for the price.

Great for astronomy

A well enginreered little torch. Its a shame it has stopped working. Its only good for the scrap bin.

Éclairage efficace, jolie finition, trois éclairages : fort, doux, clignotant.Deux points d'attention :- pour un usage astronomie, la lampe éclaire fortement, il faut probablement utiliser la position éclairage doux- la lampe est livrée sans pile (AA - LR6)

Ottima luce sensazione di robustezza.Impugnatura ergonomica3 tipi di luminosità forte medio e intermittente.Lo uso come spot nelle sessioni fotografiche notturne.Unica pecca se si può dire forse un po' troppo luminoso.

Pour lire des cartes des étoiles la nuit.. peu être encore un peu trop puissant même au plus faible. Mais fait le job.
