WIcker chair cracks and breaks after two summers
The chairs are great, but the wicker has cracked after two summers of limited use. The company points to a one-year warranty but that is bogus because in the Northeast, we use the chairs 4 months out of the year. The chairs material is faulty; it should not crack and break after less than 2 years of limited use. The company refuses to fix and support their product. They offered a discount for future purchases which is meaningless; why would we buy more products with poor quality??? Hope that Amazon can step in and support us.
