Imak Compression Active Gloves, Large – Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Neuropathy, Joint Pain
They are comfortable and nicely made, but My Neuropathy makes My hands numb and cold.Like all gloves these made My hands warmer, but My fingers stayed cold because they don't give full coverage of the fingers. I couldn't tell whether they helped with numbness or not, and fortunately I don't have pain. They do allow Me some warmth while letting Me type and use My phone easily.

Make sure you purchase the correct size
Pinched cervical nerve and mild to moderate carpel tunnel syndrome have caused increasing pain in right forearm and numbness and tingling in the first three digits of my right hand. The gloves were recommended by my wife who has severe cervical spine issues and has used compression gloves for many years herself. They provided immediate relief for my right arm and hand numbness and tingling. The gloves are especially helpful while driving. I would suggest these compression gloves for anyone who has hand and/or wrist pain. Just make sure you measure your hand correctly in order to insure the proper fit. The price is very reasonable, too.

Amazing help for my raynaud's disease!
I have severe pain in my hands if I have extended exposure to even mild temperatures. My son had a soccer game last Saturday and the temperature was in the mid 50's. I had forgotten my gloves (it was the first really chilly day of fall), and after being outside for an hour, my hands felt like they were on fire. I received these gloves yesterday in the mail. I was very skeptical at first because the material is very thin, and I also wasn't sure how they would help my "cold hands" like it said in the item's description. The price, and also the fact that they are fingerless were big turn-offs, but I read the review for the regular Imak glove (there were no reviews for the active compression gloves), and wanted to at least try.My son had another soccer game today. This time it was 60, overcast and drizzling. I wanted to wear these underneath my regular winter gloves, but could only find one and I was running late, so I just grabbed the Imak gloves and left. Just getting into my car I could feel my hands tingling a bit, so I put them on right away. I can't tell you what an incredible difference they made! Even though they were fingerless, I didn't have any problem staying warm, and I could see my fingers were a nice warm red instead of the ghost white they normally are. My hands didn't seem to sweat, and they were comfortable and stayed dry despite the very mild rain. I'm also glad I ordered the active Imak glove instead of the standard version because these have rubber grips on the palms, which helped when I had to carry lawn chairs and gear to and from the car.I'm incredibly excited about having these gloves and what they've done so far. They saved me from a lot of pain today, and I'm interested to see how they hold up to the colder winter temperatures. I do plan on buying a regular pair of gloves to wear them under.

BEST compression gloves on the market!
I've purchased and used several brands (and styles) of compression gloves over the years to help relieve the symptoms of inflammatory arthritis. The IMAK compression gloves are by far superior to any other brand when it comes to pain relief. From the moment you put them on your hands feel an immediate "hug of relaxation" as I like to call it. They provide the right amount of compression, extend up over the wrist joint and do not feel hot or suffocating against the skin. They are well constructed, lightweight, easy to pack or carry and launder very well (hand wash, drip dry). I am absolutely sold on IMAK compression gloves would not consider buying any other brand.

Arthritis relief
I am a musician with rheumatoid arthritis, My fingers and hands swell up, which worsens the pain and difficulty that occurs with movement. Right out of the package, these gloves (they come as a pair) provided compression, which reduced both the existing swelling in my hands and the amount of swelling that I typically expect as the afternoon turns to evening. The grip-enhancing "dots" on the palmar surfaces provided more than just convenience. Tasks as simple as turning a doorknob have previously brought on pain and inflammation in my hands, because of the extra squeezing effort required of arthritic hands. The grip while wearing these gloves is just right... it helps me to grab objects as small as a thimble, but they are not so sticky that they attract every cat hair in the room! The reason I didn't give the gloves five stars is that after wearing them throughout a 3-hour rehearsal, they had stretched and were no longer providing as much compression. Still, I have hopes that after one wash, they will regain and retain their original size & shape.

Imak gloves run small - not true to size
I purchased this glove for my husband, but unfortunately it did not fit. I purchased a large, but it was definitely too small. I kept it for myself for the future, but it just barely fits me. I was very disappointed in the sizing.

Great for Gout
I bought these as a gift for my brother, who is a professional Semi-truck driver and he often gets cramps on his long routes and also suffers from gout, many of these attacks in his hands. He wore them on a few of his routes and said that they work great!! I also sent him some DSMO to help get rid of the inflammation and some Veteraniary Linament (works great on humans, but made for horses). Together, with these gloves, he can go for much longer and gets much relief. And, I got the large and they fit him, which is amazing, since he is around 5'10" and weights around 300#. If anyone you know suffers from gout, these can make it less horrific. Now I need a pair! I am an artist (painter) and get cramps when I work too long.
