Cannot describe how much I love this. When I want to be lazy, this lets me lie in bed and watch my programmes on my phone and the best thing is that it can be held so close to my face that I can take my glasses off and fully relax! Anyone who has glasses knows how lying down can hurt in certain positions. It is so stable, easy to use, and has a nice weight to it that it doesn't feel cheap. Great value for money and the bar is really easy to move whilst also hold shape.

Most phone holders I've owned have been too flimsy and can't support the weight of my phone, but this one is great. It's extremely sturdy and can be attached almost anywhere, and can be posed freely without the swaying and bouncing that weaker phone holders have. It is quite firm to move, and takes a little bit of strength, but I can't really complain since that's the whole point of it, as it's not supposed to move easily. The "grabber" that holds the actual phone can be widened easily and can fit many phone sizes, even small tablets. Totally worth the purchase

I sent a picture highlighting the issue and they they offered to send a replacement, with no need to return the original, which I receive within a couple of days. Exemplary customer service. Hence, I am upgrading my original one-star rating to five-stars. Hopefully, the new phone holder will stay the course.[Original Review]This may be an Amazon Choice product but it's certainly not my choice after using it. I've had it clamped to my bed headboard since I purchased it six months ago. It's certainly not been excessively used or abused, with only minor manipulations each night. Nevertheless, the cable has just snapped towards the clamp end, rendering it useless. This is not value for money. First impressions are good as it seems sturdy and something that will be usable for a decent amount of time. I now see reading, the one star reviews, that this is a common functional failure and judging from their experiences, I don't fancy my chances of getting my money back. Very disappointing. I'll be reading the reviews of the next model I buy very carefully for indications of a similar weakness. Lesson learned.

Bought for my elderly father to use for video calls. I’m overseas so haven’t seen it but he says it’s sturdy and works really well. It’s definitely improved the quality of the calls because I can see his face all the time!

So I’ve brought it on the 9th of July and ive went to put my phone on and it’s gone limb like neck just dropped off ? it’s now the 29th of July the stability was great at the start and then the stability just went limb I’ve used it everyday ! Very disappointing to be honest! As I’ve recommended to many people

A well made product, but the clamp part was to big for the use I had for it.
