I had gone through two or three Apple pencils (2nd gen I think) for my iPad before purchasing this. All of my Apple branded styluses kept dying within the first few months of use. After a lot of online research, I think it was because the 2nd gen Apple pencils didn’t have an on/off button and only charged through induction (no USB C port). It kept disconnecting slightly just enough to completely discharge, frying the battery. I have the Logitech keyboard case on my iPad. I’ve had this pencil for almost a year now, and it’s still going strong!! Battery life is incredible—I’ve charged it only a handful of times and use it regularly almost every week. I haven’t noticed any major difference in writing style from the Apple pencil, perhaps the occasional glitch while writing but I can only recall two times where that’s happened recently. It seems to be the same exact size as the Apple pencil. Connects and stays put well on my iPad even with the Logitech keyboard case.

Love that there's a real button on the top. Click once to turn on and off. The 3 dotted lights (battery) on the side stay on when the pen is active. I taped over it with thin masking tape several times to dim the lights. The battery is also great and doesn't take a long time to charge. It does have a metallic heaviness and feel to it but you get used to it. It's also kind of oily/grease prone but this is the best apple pencil on the market in my opinion. The tips do seem to be a unique tip for this pencil specifically, not like the replaceable Apple Pencil tips. You get 3 replacement tips, not sure what would happen after that.

I had pretty low expectations for such an inexpensive iPad pen, but I love it! I've been using it for about two months with my iPad Air (6th Gen). The battery lasts a long time and charges quickly. My iPad has had no trouble recognizing it. It easily fits into the pen spot on my iPad case. It isn't perfectly accurate, but it is pretty close. When using something like Tinkercad, it sometimes thinks I'm selecting a different object if the two objects are within 1/8 of an inch.The only thing I don't love about it is the silicone cover for the charging port. It would be so easy to lose. They do include a few extra in the box, and it isn't a vital part.

Ordered this pencil to replace another lost Apple Pencil. This one is priced well and works like a charm. I recently read a study that connects memory with handwriting notes, so I figured it’s worth a shot. Easy to connect and lets me use my iPad for notes in meetings. Here’s hoping that study is right!

Pencil is great and very quick to charge. Only downside is that I can not use screen protector that is matte. I got a protector that mimics paper and has no glare and the tips keep wearing and the metal pops through. I have to switch back to a regular remembered glass I guess

I love this pen. It works absolutely perfectly on my iPad. I like to do some of the coloring apps and the areas can be quite small so this is very helpful.I even got some for my grandchildren and their iPads. Works just as good as an apple pen at a fraction of the cost.
