Outstanding!
These headphones sound fantastic out of the box. The overall frequency range is balanced. The sub bass digs deep is impactful tight prcise clearly articulated and does not overwhelm. I found that by lessening the clamping a force ever so slightly aligned the sub bass a bit more to my liking. The Mid bass has punch and slam. The thump from kick drums, speed and transience decay like the sub bass is balanced and does not overwhelm. The mids are blalance neither reccessed or forward, male and female voices are well balanced, The upper mids and and highs are smoothly extended. The sound stage is wide with good positioning in both hight and depth. Bear in mind that with an impedance of 32 Ohms and sensitivity of 100db they scale better with a headphone amp to reveal their full potential. A few days of listening to adjust your ears to a audio profile different to what one has been listening and you’re good to go. These headphones punch well above their price point out performing many of the more expensive well known headphone brands reviewed on YouTube.

Surprisingly good.
After trying a bunch of OKCSC's other models of headphones, I didn't have much hope for these.... but they have genuinely surprised me. Let me preface by saying, I am NOT an audiophile. However I do appreciate a good set of cans, and these are a good set of semi-open cans.As for sound, I would compare them favourably to my Grado SR80s .... not as good as the Grados, but not really worse than them either. Different. I have a select few tracks I always listen to when testing a new-to-me set of headphones, and these were the first pair to actually make me sit up and take notice. Good punchy bass but not overwhelming, clear highs without being too obnoxious, and a very present and distinguishable mid-section. Just a genuinely good all-rounder of a set of cans, I am impressed.Build quality..... build quality is *meh*. They are an interesting design, but a few things were loose out of the box and needed to be tightened before using. One side's adjuster feels a little sloppier than the other and there is no obvious way to increase tension. Doesn't effect function, but it's there. Finish on the wood components is decent... nothing special. Has a bit of a "built in a shed" fragile feel to it. I will be placing these on the floor when I'm about to fall asleep on the couch, not dropping them like I might my Sony MDRs lol.Comfort..... Comfort is highly subjective, but for me it's actually pretty good. The cans are actually surprisingly light considering their size, and the headband just kind of rests on the top of your head. The speakers hang down and rest lightly on my ears with very little clamping force. I suspect you could easily adjust this by simply bending the steel headband, but for me they were perfect out of the box. The pads are not of the highest quality. The foam is soft but a little scratchy and gets irritating after a few hours.TLDR: These are actually genuinely good sounding headphones. They are not budget heroes like the Samson SR850s, nor are they crafted with the fine attention to detail like a pair of Meze 99s. What they are, is a decent set of unusual cans for when you just feel like trying something different.

Nice sound.
Easy to drive with a low powered headphone amp. Nice wood back.
