I love this chart, I have this apart of my Blackstone grill, great for a quick reference. or grilling new meats,easy to clean. magnet strength is amazing. no issues at all with the placement. as for the size it is big but itsextremely visible, which is a huge plus. extremely affordable, due to the value it brings, will recommend this to any and everyone.

My husband requested a smoker chart similar to this one. When it arrived, he was quite pleased with this one. He brags about it to others. The magnet is strong enough to hold onto the side of the pit, but easily moves for cleaning.

What temp? Look at the chart. Magnetic, can just slap it on a fridge or outdoor magnetic surface. If not, it comes with 4 adhesive strips. Easy to read and stick anywhere.

I barbecue and grill a lot but still need a reminder occasionally what internal temperature I'm looking for with different meats and cuts thereof. For barbequing (slow cooking) I would recommend their "Meat Smoking Guide" because it also includes recommended smoking temperatures and smoking wood types in addition to finish temperatures but this one works great for grilling or even cooking in the kitchen. This magnetic chart is a handy quick reference for most meats and cuts you'll be cooking (beef, lamb, pork, poultry and fish) and cleans easily if you get a little grease, sauce or other drippings on it. The recommended temperatures are those published by the US Department of Agriculture so you're safe to adhere to them as minimum finish temperatures.
