So, I am not a “garlic person” but I actually like this one. The smell. Is strong but you get used to it. But it is authentic, and healthy and you know it is fresh because it is still in the skins. Fairly easy to peel and then eat raw. I am using this for Better heart health and a bit of immunity boost. For me, I take it when I wake up, before I brush my teeth so I don’t even ave garlic breath. The bulbs are solid pieces, about an inch in size to 1.25 inches. Once you peal it, the actual garlic piece tends to be about the size of a large marble or walnut shell… very happy with my purchase and I have subscribed to keep them coming.

This would be 5* for taste and quality but they are jumbo bulbs(1 clove per bulb) so you get a drastically reduced number of servings. For this price point it is not cost effective. They are high quality and delicious just too expansive for the quantity.

These are very tasty and I eat them for a healthy snack. I have bought them before and will buy again.

After someone introduced me to Polar black garlic, I had to have my own jar. I haven't found any other ones that were kosher certified. But I think I'll be switching to the smaller Polar jars on subscribe and save, because it'll come out cheaper.
