I've been using the Vibration Plate for about a month now, and I must say, it's been a pretty solid addition to my fitness routine. Definitely one of my best purchases. Here's my breakdown:Design & Build Quality:The plate has a sleek, modern design that fits well in my home gym. It’s sturdy and well-built, with non-slip feet that ensure it stays firmly in place even during intense use.Ease of Use:This vibration plate is super easy to operate. It comes with a remote control that lets you adjust the settings without having to bend down. There are several preset programs based on different goals (weight loss, muscle toning, etc.), or you can manually adjust the intensity level and vibration frequency. I love the variety of options it offers!Performance:The vibrations are strong and effective. I've used it both for muscle activation and recovery, and I can feel a noticeable difference in muscle soreness after my workouts. The vibrations are not overly jarring, and you can definitely feel the toning effects, especially in your legs, glutes, and core.

I ordered this after hearing about it from a friend and how much she loved using it. I decided to order one for myself after researching and seeing how many people are happy with theirs. After the first time I knew that I was going to love this plate and I do! It's low impact which is important to me because of an ankle injury from years ago and my ankle isn't very stable anymore.This is very sturdy and I can definitely tell as I am using it that it is working the muscles. I don't hurt afterwards which is nice so I feel like it's something I will use all the time. My husband has used it too and we both love it. He's a runner but still jumps on this in the morning before he goes outside and also after lunch.I use it several times a day and just added the straps for arm strength training. So very glad my friend told me about this and I love it and can't wait to see what results happen after a few months of using it.

3 month review: Serious vibration on this plate! Remote works great with unit! I didn't care for the resistance bands attached, but they were easily removed. Have not tried syncing phone with unit to see how the Bluetooth works. Legitimately engages leg muscles! Gets heart rate into cardio range, especially doing squats on the highest setting. Word of warning--if you have not relieved your bladder, or vacated your bowels prior to vibrating, you will, in very short order! Might want to pay a trip to the loo before getting on with your workout.

Good for the gut, if you have digestive issues this actually helps shake it out. Use it too much and the next day you'll be oddly sore. Works the legs well. As simple as it seems it actually does a lot. Compact and easy to fit most places and use, just need to make sure I have support or soft place to fall as it can get you off balance. Overall I like it and find it handy including help with circulation in my feet which has become a minor issue. My remote has the buttons to control volume etc but the unit I got doesn't do Bluetooth and the manual is useless to that function, so not sure why the remote has useless features other than many it was cheaper to just make one remote.02/18/2025 update: I figured out the Bluetooth speaker and it is super handy. It is open Bluetooth so a neighbor could connect but it is only output so that doesn't mean they can access your computer/MP3 player.

I have had this for several months and I have found myself using it often each week. I put my children on it for very short periods and it helps with anxiety and even constipation. I use it before bed and it helps my body unwind and release tension. It's very quiet, all the preset programs are great and it's easy to keep clean.

I purchased the Green slim March of 2024 after seeing vibration plates demonstrated at an RV Show ( they were $3,000) I found this one on Amazon, did a lot of reading about them and ordered. The very first time using it I was dizzy after the 10 min but that was ok it meant it did something for me! I used it regularly and almost immediately the pain in my knees when going up stairs was gone. Completely GONE! My weight started dropping and my balance had improved considerably. It just overall made me feel good after using it regularly. Fast forward to almost a year later I am back to using it pretty regularly 10 min a day. I feel GREAT and my weight is down 40+ pounds with minimal dietary changes. I highly recommend this for any reason whether it be weight loss, toning, circulation, balance issues, lymphatic drainage, sinus problems or just giving your system some sort of movement (even if you sit while doing it) I do use the resistance bands and some of my late 50’s flabby arms have toned up. Investment is minimal compared to buying a big treadmill or exercise bike or even the vibration plates we saw at the RV show. It doesn’t take up much space, it is very sturdy, it is quiet and actually fun to use. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

Excellent product to add to your exercise routine. It targets the muscles, helps to burn fat, and my body feels leaner, and so much better due to the circulation as a result of the vibration. I am experiencing less pain in my legs and feet as well. I highly recommend.
