Super cool, but did not impact my review in anyway.Swallowing: They are small enough that swallowing is pretty easy. When I start a new probiotic, I tend to take 8-10 of them to jump start things, and then maintain things by taking 1 probiotic in AM and PM each day.Cost: The probiotic I used to take (50 billion CFU, but 23 strains) was good, but got pricey for the potency. I decided to try this brand on a whim as the price for the potency was unbeatable.Before 1st Dose: The last few weeks since I hadn't had a probiotic, I have had some issues with the restroom. Things were not moving particularly well, and it felt like it was "sticky". Somedays I wouldn't do anything at all. I also felt bloated and just overall blah.Performance after initial dose: I took 10 for a starter dose to blast my gut with probiotics. After that first dose, the difference was instantly recognizable. The following morning, I was able to fully empty out and it wasn't "sticky" like it wasn't wanting to evacuate. My bloating was almost 100% gone. I can definitely tell there was a beneficial/positive effect. I don't have long term performance to comment on, but I can say that in the short term, it immediately alleviated some of my most pressing issues.Will I buy this product again? Yes, because the value, and performance are clear. Also, I like to support local! I'll likely buy the 4 pack option to get even more value. Not sure why more probiotics don't offer bulk pricing. I get that there is a time limit on effectiveness of probiotics, but what if I want to get my family a 4 pack so we can all benefit?Would I recommend this product? Yes, I'll likely evangelize it as a great supplement, but it's not a cure. Don't replace regular medical care and doctor visits with probiotics. Probiotics are just another tool in your belt of overall wellness.

I have been taking probiotics supplements for a few years, these probiotics were recommended to me by a friend. I am happy I bought this probiotic to try, and they are cheaper than others I have used they do have 500 billion cultures, almost double those I have used in the past. Great product, I felt much better after few days of taking probiotic,no more bloating,will buy again. After 1 months use I feel less bloated and generally more comfortable now. Tried probiotics many times and these were the first I could feel a positive difference from.

This probiotic capsule has greatly improved my digestion and overall gut health. What I like most about this probiotic is that it's shelf stable, so I don't have to worry about refrigeration. A couple of months ago I was diagnosed with Diverticulitis & was on antibiotics for 2 weeks. Unfortunately the antibiotics helped but not to the point where I felt 100% myself. I took 2 probiotic capsules the first day and wow it was extremely effective if you know what I mean. I'm very satisfied with this probiotic, I noticed when I ate grains or gluten I didn't get deathly ill like usual. I don't feel bloated or gassy and I'm regular now so I don't have to worry about having to run to the RR at unusual times or after eating. My neighbor is a health expert and in her country she sells MaryKay daily benefit supplements. She rated this CFUKING probiotic a 4/5. The one star deduction is because of its lack of detailed strain info. Each string has many different variants and only some of them are scientifically proven to be more affective(easier to absorb, and easier to be preserved, maintain alive). So the strings are assigned a copyright registered code, but they failed to specify. Otherwise, it is helping my gut health, digestion.
