no 'slipping and asliding'
Hi,just received this product and everything is as advertised.I take a size 81/2 size shoe,. which is in the middle of the large range.I see myself as having strong fingers, but it was a bit of a struggle to get them fitted.I think the idea is that over time the 'rubber' will expand. In saying that, this is an excellent product and It's also good to know the studs are replaceable(a spare set is included).I've had this product a while now,and I've found the best way to fit them is if you turn the shoe upside down on your lap,ie with the sole facing you, it is much easier to fit this way.

Slip slide no more!
Bought these just prior to the start of the cold snap. Great timing and great product, only down side is if you are on and off ice/snow onto concrete/tarmac the studs do wear down pretty quick, but that is to be expected. All in all very happy with them and seeing others slipping about makes you realise just how much more stable you are when in icy conditions with these on - highly recommended.

Ice grippers
I ordered two pairs of ice grippers, medium and large size. However the sizing was too tight for each size, and so the large size fitted size 5 (38-39) shoe and a friend received the medium size for her little feet! That being said, the large grippers were very successful, and one could walk in the snow and ice with confidence. It would be helpful if ice grippers could be attached to and removed from shoes more easily, as they can be dangerous on tiled floors.

Cross country ice grippers review
The ice grippers were not easy to get on my boots, but I realised after I started walking round in them they need to be fairly tight to stay on. I went on 2 long walks in snow and ice in them and they made me feel secure and stable, especially over the ice, I would recommend them.

SIze 7 doesn't fit shoe size 5!!
Ordered medium and large sizes for my wife and myself.Large size ok for my size 8 walking shoes. But the medium is much too small for my wife's size 5 shoes even though the packaging states size as between 3.5 to 7.Have returned and ordered large size for her only to find that within the past week Amazon doesn't stock them anymore and now have to order them by an Amazon reseller which is costing £5.50 more.

'Get a Grip'
I'd never heard of this product until a colleague who'd worked in Canada told me about them. Definately good prevention from winter slips, falls and injuries.
