I have use this dehumidifier for a while since I received it. It works pretty well for the basement I have in NYC , NYC summer is very humid especially in basement easy to moist most of the time . This dehumidifier works great for me , my basement stay dry at the whole time, even my dog likes to stay in basement instead going outside on this summer. Very useful highly recommended.

I purchased this 8 months ago and it started out quiet and comfortably maintained the basement at 50. I just noticed that I leaked all over and now I have to go to Lowe’s or a big box store to bye a new one. When I should have just don’t that in the first place. Waste of money and now I have a mess to clean up in the basement. Cheap and low performance.

Did exactly what I wanted it to do. It's small and decently compact. It did seem to rase my energy usage a decent amount, however I did use it for the basement, so it may have been running 24/7

I just moved in my new house, and we have a nice basement, But it is so moist in summer, after i bought this dehumidifier, the situation is much better, the dehumidifier make my basement dry. Works perfect. Good🥰🥰🥰

The media could not be loaded.  I thought the price was too good to be true and I just needed a replacement dehumidifier that I run in my basement. As soon as I started running it I noticed it was loud. As time went on it only got louder and would not drain properly through the hose and was leaking. I removed hose and then it started to leak out the bottom. I did however have a hygrometer in the area it was running and it was pulling moisture from the air. However, I returned.

I used the product for the first time yesterday. Thus far I like it and no problems. It's quiet and I like how it provides humidity levels. I'll write another review as I continue using it.

Bought for my small basement 576 sq feet . I ran on high for Twenty hours . Did not get below 70% Ran it for another 10 hours. Still stayed at 70%. Very disappointed by this product. I would have to constantly have it run on high. Who can afford that! Don't waist your money......because this machine certainly will.

Bought a similar model, from another seller, at the beginning of the summer. It worked fine. With this one, nothing comes out the attachable hose. I don't want to have to go down into my basement twice a day to empty the tub.Then found out it empties out onto my floor. I kept trying and trying to make it work. It dehumidifies, but only collects in the tub if I had it on an angle.After days of frustration, I returned it.Surprisingly, I had saved all the packaging material; must have had a premonition this would need to be returned.Only positive note - UPS picked it up at my door.
