These work really really really well! When my 90 year old mother has an accident, clean ups are easy since they do not leak or break through the material. The color and little bow are nice touches. They fit perfectly and don't look to bulky under her clothes too, which is always a plus.

I’m 10 days postpartum and these have been a godsend. They are so comfortable and they feel like regular underwear. They hug all the right places. They are also absorbent and keep everything in. They actually make me feel normal. And not like I’m wearing a big diaper. The only thing I don’t like is the smell cause they are scented and they have this flower odor, which I don’t love. I would strongly recommend sizing up at least one size from what the package suggests - possibly even two sizes if you're at the higher end of the weight range.The tight fit didn't compromise the protection, thankfully, but it did make them less comfortable than they could have been, especially around the leg openings where they tended to dig in slightly. This is particularly notable for postpartum use when comfort is a major priority.Despite the sizing issue, I would still recommend these underwear to new moms or anyone dealing with incontinence. Just be aware of the sizing discrepancy and order accordingly. They truly were essential for my recovery, providing reliable protection when I needed it most, allowing me to focus on my new baby rather than worrying about leaks or frequent changes.

They are great with leakage and fit snug, my only problem was although they fit snug I should have gotten a size up for S/M.
