I’ve seen videos all over dinging this thing for its baking capabilities. I didn’t want to purchase something that I always had to put the results of in the oven. No worries kiddos - the bake ain’t fake. I started out with some Grands biscuits. Living alone I don’t need to cook 8 at a time and the smaller cans are priced higher per weight. The biscuits cooked perfectly (at least for me and did not burn on the bottom using a rack. See photos belowEven though I’m impressed with the baking I must admit that my favorite feature is the Sous Vide functionality. I originally didn’t have a vacuum food sealer so just used double freezer bags. Cooking this way makes sure that all of those spices you put on top permeate the food. I’ve attached a photo of some glazed chicken thighs I made. After removing from the Ninja, all I had to do was sear on all sides and add it to the sauce. No marinating and all the flavors melded throughout .The only thing I DONT LIKE is that baked goods take two to three times as long to cook because, unlike the Sous Vide setting, there is no preheat function. I am going to assume this is to prevent people getting burned but even someone as all thumbs as me can set the proper sized loaf pan on a rack without getting burnt.

This cooker has exceeded my expectations. I just built a tiny house. It has a full kitchen, except code does not permit a stove. I spent a lot of time reading reviews of cooking appliances. A bit over 10 years ago I bought a searing Ninja slow cooker. It was okay, but took so long to saute/sear that I usually used a separate frying pan. Not so with this newer technology. It sears quickly and evenly. A great benefit when you don't have a stove top. And much better than using a plug-in burner and pan, due to its speed of getting to temperature and the eveness of cooking. I have used it for frying, slow cooking and braising. High on slow cooking gives you a nice rolling simmer. Low on slow cooking is truly low. I appreciate both. I have made rice in it following the instructions provided. And I use it to make pasta. All work perfectly. My only regret is I purchsed an electric skillet, which I totally don't need. This Ninja does it all. I suggest taking the time to read the instruction booklet. I would not have known to get it to temperature before adding food. It has a great little alarm that goes off to let you know when it is time to add the food. This was a great purchse!

Omg the best crockpot I have ever owned. I have used this thing quite frequently and it has always cooked amazing. This product is a life changer. I highly recommend this product. I am an overall Ninja product lover and this one has not let me down.

This slow cooker makes the most delicious meals! Everything I’ve made so far turned out perfect — tender, flavorful, and so easy to prepare. Definitely one of my favorite kitchen appliances now. Highly recommend!

Great product! I barely take out my old classic crackpot anymore because this one is so versatile. I love that you can sear your roasts and just turn the dial to slow cook all in the same pot, among other great features.

We absolutely love our slow cooker Ninja! This amazing machine does wonders, with its many modes, removable insert and easy to clean. It definitely succeeded and passed our expectations.

I just got this 6.5 qrt. 8 in 1 cooker. I'm not returning it but the one function keeps saying add food when I already did. I can't use that function for light items. Otherwise, it did eggs, toast, tater tots pretty well. I'm still learning so this is an early rating.

I've made homemade ham pot pie, chicken noodle & veggie soup.Cooked a whole ham. Ninja never disappoints!!Easy to clean.
