I like this little safe for keeping important documents and other valuables in a safe place. It comes with 2 bolts so you can bolt it to a wall (the bolt holes are on the back) and the fingerprint scanner works fairly well. You can set up a pin number for a backup if needed as well. I think it would be fireproof but without dropping it in a pond I can't tell you if it is waterproof. I would think the water would likely ruin the electric parts. It only took 5 minutes max to set up the fingerprints and learn the safe system so it isn't overly complicated, and it is the right size for what I need.Overall for the price it is what I expected and I'm happy with the value and peace of mind I get with this little safe.

Just got it, but seem to work ok.Not truly fireproof or waterproof. No seals on door and no sidewall insulation. They did include a bag not sure if that is the fireproof part.
