Hard to figure out
This was awesome to look at & very nice case. Unfortunately my computer did not recognize it. Tried to get help, but no one to talk with. Had to send emails to company who is in China. Did not plug & play like I thought.

Great Player
A bit of a challenge getting the correct software and the cables are a bit short, but all of the software is free and plays every single disc (BR and DVD) I have tried. Would have given it 5 stars but they need to include longer cables.

Wouldn't play audio of DVD after the 8th disc.

Not sure if the issue was our laptop or the drive. I think it is the laptop. Could not get this to play the movie without macro-blocking.
