This set works well. The master headset is n our basement of the church in the video room, the camera operator are upstairs, so signal goes through multiple walls , floor etc and we have no drop outs. Sound quality is best I heard. No noise cancellation, so if you are standing near speaker, get double ear headsets and turn off your mic if you are not talking.

We have the witalk 9 and they work great but wanted something with dual ear as we can something be in really loud events and the one ear open on the witalk jusr wants cutting it even with the noise canceling. These were a big disappointment coming from a witalk9. There is no mic noise canceling, one of the mic booms didn’t work unless you can a very special angle. And the there is no noise canceling. Returned it

Great headsets! Audio clarity is awesome and better than other renamed brands, very good battery and very very easy to use.

With the advent of DSLR and mirrorless cameras that can shoot video, digital cinematography was born, seriously reducing the cost and barriers to entry to producing cinema quality images. With that came a number of companies producing a range of accessories, lights, microphones, etc. at price points that are a fraction of what legacy, pro gear typically costs. Unfortunately, compared to what most pros have been using for decades, this cheaper gear is mostly garbage. Saramonic is one of the exceptions. Part of the MAC Group, across the board the MAC family of companies has been producing production quality equipment, while not as inexpensive as the garbage brands, with price points that are 50% or even 25% of what you would pay for the better known legacy gear. I first came across Saramonic at the Cine Gear Expo in Los Angeles about five years ago and was very impressed with the quality of the microphones they were producing. This kit is no exception. It comes in a weatherproof hard case with foam cut outs for each piece. The included charger can handle 10 batteries at a time. The system is limited to five stations so you can have five backup batteries charging while five are working. Each unit paired immediately, range is excellent, and the full duplex audio is very clear with great background noise isolation. Each mic is always on and can be muted with a mute button on one of the ear pieces or by raising the mic boom. An audible bloop tells you that you are muted and a little bleep tells you when you're unmuted. Great of multi camera shoots or other production environments requiring wireless communications. This system will see a lot of use in my studio.

Just got home from christening this headset on crew comms for a local sports stream. Wow! Mic is loud and clear & headphone is equally impressive. My old headset needed almost 3x the volume to be heard above the game. Audio is midrange heavy, so no mixing or mastering on this one but it's tuned for voice and does that well. Ear cushion is comfortable enough for hours of use. At half the price of a just ok gaming headset, and much cheaper than a broadcast headset I definitely recommend this unit for anyone needing a pro quality TRRS single-sided headset.
