I eat to live, not the other way around. I hate going in the kitchen; blood loss and mayhem always ensues. I despise cooking and I'm not especially good at it. So I really like having nutritional drinks around. These are tasty and handy. Be sure and refrigerate first. These are a staple at my house.

Best tasting out of all of them!! Kind of a chalky aftertaste, but it is a nutritional drink.

I’m a very picky eater, especially as a child. So picky I was making myself malnourished simply because of how stubborn I was. Wouldn’t even drink milk without Nestle Strawberry quick in it. My mom at her wits end asked the Dr. who recommended Boost. She got strawberry, for it is has always favorite flavor. Immediately loved it. Only thing should could get me to take that gave me the vitamins and nutrients I was lacking. It also helped she called it my special drink. To this day, still picky, not as much but enough. Still drink Strawberry boost though now I will swap with chocolate every now and then. Still have excellent health reviews from DR. If ya got a picky kid, as someone who would pass out holding her breath, try this, make it special and BAM healthy child.
