Q: Is this tarp big enough for a tall man with a Stetson, a rocking chair, sleeping bag and a couple bags of Cheetos & fish crackers?

It’s a tarp. So if you put the tarp against a wall or wooden backboard then it would work fine.

Q: I need 7+16 . Does anyone have them

For a size like that you need to search for, a wood stack tarp, or privacy fence type tarp. I've seen 12x16 but you would have to cut off what you don't need or fold it. Custom tarps are very expensive. I hope this helps.
