good taste but clumped together
I like the taste of these I can't speak to the effectiveness of the active ingredient because it's one of those things that's in my opinion kind of a long-term benefit resveritrol is supposed to be for life extension anyway it came all clumped together so was a hassle to separate out with a butter knife. I sometimes like the gummies I don't recommend thegummies for every product (like it's widely understood to not take your multivitamins that way because they're low quality) but I bought gummies of a couple different supplements all at once I bought collagen magnesium threonate and creatine (same time as i got this resveratrol) and this resveratrol was the only one that came all clumped together so I mean it's in part for that reason I would say that not every gummy comes clumped .. I mean it could be random luck of the draw, I don't know .. but I was disappointed I didn't like them being all stuck together so I probably will try a different brand next time. The Three Stars is because it tasted good and that's really kind of the best input I could give on it Good luck
