The product is strong and sturdy. Has good even paint finish, well spaced hooks and looks great. On the down side, it arrived with a damaged corner and all they offered was replacement after Christmas or 10% refund and repair kit, which was either an inconvenient or stingy option. It’s very heavy to hang but comes with a wood strip for accurate pilot holes into the wall. The screws that came with it were far too short for something this heavy. If they had offered a fairer discount or replaced sooner, they would have got four stars. The baskets look extremely light weight and I suspect they will break from moderate use in a couple of years of so.

Yes this looks good if you don’t look too closely. For the price of it the workmanship isn’t great. The attachments to put it on the wall didn’t seem strong enough so my husband put in extra screws for stability. All said and done I love the way it looks and the basket are a good size to fit gloves, scarves and bobble hats in.

Love it! Very good quality and looks amazing. We have it in our hallway storing all our coats and bags etc. The baskets store a lot in them and there is more than enough room on the hooks for all our coats, scarves, umbrellas etc (5 of us). Plus there is the bonus of having a 'storage shelf' on the top for any other bits and pieces. Really smartens up our porch
