Hiseeu [Auto Human Tracking] 4K 8MP PoE PTZ Security Camera Outdoor, Home Security Cameras, 2 Way Audio, Spotlight&Sound Alarm,Color Night Vision, Human&Vehicle Detect, Remote Access, Work NVR

I bought a Hiseeu 8 camera unit (IP cameras of 5MP) that I like, but they have human tracking, not motion detection. I bought this one to add motion detection. Both models offer great value for the money, ease of use, impressive picture quality and functions. I changed recording to events only instead of 24/7 (although 1 of them - the 1st one installed - seems to remain on 24/7), and storage should be sufficient for months for all 8 cameras. Setup of hardware is easy (plug-n-play), and setup of software is easy too on all 3 platforms (NVR, mobile, and PC). Summer, the support manager, is friendly, prompt, patient and professional! Not compatible with my POE system. This thing is labeled Hiseeu but I doubt this this is a hiseeu, or is very cheaply made and not compatible with my actual Hiseeu system. Quality has really come down on these (Hiseeu) labeled devises not true Hiseeu anymore. Used to install them all the time but not anymore

This product has been well worth the money and we are very pleased with the cameras. We installed 7 of these cameras and they have the ability to spot cars and human motion which is a great feature for exterior cameras. It does not follow the cars or people automatically but as long as they are in the viewing area it will notify you of the motion. If you have a need to secure your facility this is a great camera to get the job done. It is also 4k so the picture is very crisp and clear.

The camera is good.picture quality is good but expected more, sound quality is good. Easy set up. I can use it with apps. Night vision is good but he wasn’t good as I expected, but overall the camera is good.

The camera was real easy to set up. The image quality is amazing The colored night vision is perfect. And I love the way I can move it in any direction I highly recommend this camera

Been doing AV for 20+ yrs. this thing is a total heap a trash. color night vision? HAHAHAHAHA sure, at like 60x5 resolution. horrible quality at night, like, HORRIBLE. day picture is ok, but night, you could not make out a face if your life depended on it. waste-of-money.

This camera is only a 5MP camera but the firmware fakes it as a 8MP. If you look at the firmware version it shows the image sensor/processor model number: TB38M16 this is a 5MP sensor from TOPSEE if you look up the model number: HD385-P and goto Hiseeu's website it also is advertised as only a 5MP camera. for some reason they are falsely advertising it on Amazon. The box even falsely advertises it as a 8MP camera. On top of this the PTZ controls did not function at all regardless of my browser even though the camera does its initial power on PTZ limit test so I know the motors work. The heatsink for the processor fell off and was lose inside the camera and there is a cover for an SD card however no SD card board and that is where you see the heatsink just hanging out. This would have been a good deal if the PTZ worked and it was actually a 8MP camera. I ordered 6 as part of the black Friday deals at $59.89 each I took pictures of the actual camera board inside and it matched up with a 5MP spec which is only good for 2.5K or 1080p
