Doesn't work-buy something else

Bottom line: this doesn't work. I have thin, fine hair and read the reviews and was fooled. It does nothing whatsoever. I tried to return it but I was told I couldn't. Complete waste of money. I would have given it zero stars but had to enter a rating. My rating is MINUS $20 or whatever it cost.
