I can't take them off, they sound cristal clear on all frequencies, good separation of sound, well balanced, exceptionally well built and look awesome. I can't believe my luck. I tried a pile of IEMs and some were 5 times more expensive and I sent them back. It is not always practical to use headphones for listening to music, such walking the dog, but now the IEMs are replacing them indoors as well.They don't need a amp, my phone drives them well, I am just using a mini DAC to connect the jack to the USB C port.Cons: There is no ring on the cables and they tangle easily. They need a week or so of intensive listening to get the best sound out of them. The drives need a bit of time to break in.

These phone are incredibly difficult to control, it takes alot of equalising from track to track. Hit the sweet spot and they're fantastic sadly that's a rarity for me. I normally end up with piercing highs and distortion which are tiring. These are very good though. The bass is understated but solid. The midi are a little laid back, as are vocals at times. The soundstage is tight but well defined. At the price I think they've got potential, i havnt tried different buds yet or given them any burn time so maybe I'll report back later when my ears have recovered ? They've got the clarity they got the bass they're certainly capable at the top end, I need to control them. Up date, now under that control with the addition of foam buds and stabilised EQ I can confirm they are superb for the price, outstanding. My only gripe would be the vocals are somewhat recessed and they don't like too much volume. Leakage isn't the best but tolerable. I'd now fully endorse. Only a 4 star because of the adjustment to achieve the quality.

These are comfortable to wear although a bit fiddly to fit. The soundstage / separation is excellent, plenty of bass without being muddy, top notes and midrange are clear and precise. At this price they perform way beyond their cost.EDIT: After a fair bit of testing I can add that there is some sound breakup at high volumes but you’d be daft to listen at those sorts of volumes so if you stay below 70% of max you’ll be fine.

Very impressed with these earbuds, they sound a lot better than the old £200 AirPods they replaced, they have a classic “v” shape sound but are not overly base heavy, mids are recessed but the clarity remains, it’s pretty impressive what Fiio have done here at such a small price point. The build quality is also admirable they feel heavy duty, and although the cables feel a tad plasticky they do feel substantial. Good stuff, well done Fiio.

They're great IEMs for the money and the sound is great , don't get me wrong, but if you're looking for longevity, purchase another pair. First lasted me about a month before the cable started breaking and untangling itself, and the second pair about 3 weeks. Wouldn't recommend.

One of the connector pins on the leads was bent, so utterly useless - money wasted.

I was very impressed with the sound of these headphones. Crystal clear. After a while one side became louder than the other (adjusted eq on player to compensate and carried on). Now have lost all bass on them. Lasted about 12 months being used a few hours a week. Off to look for something more reliable now.

I own various iems costing 10 if not 20 times as much and these hold up really well for the price, the build quality is excellent.
